Auctioneer is a multiplayer auction card game. This page explains what data the game collects, why, and how you can have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past — if something here is unclear, contact us at the address at the bottom.

| Email address and password | To create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us. |
| Username and avatar | To identify you to other players in lobbies, games and friend lists. Your username is publicly visible to other players. |
| Game statistics | Games played and won, scores, cards won, achievements, in-game currency and your saved decks. Used to show your progress and to balance the game. |
| Friend list | To let you play with people you know. |
| Match records | One record per finished game: which companion and planet each player used, the final scores and placements, and the app version. Used to balance the game. These records contain your account identifier, not your email address. |
| Crash reports | If the app crashes, technical details (device model, operating system version and the error itself) are sent to Sentry so the problem can be fixed. |
| Connection status | A timestamp while you are in a game, so other players can see when someone drops out and the game does not stall. |
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by the services the game runs on:
Data may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the standard safeguards those providers offer.
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it is removed, as described below. Match records are kept for game balancing and are linked to an account identifier rather than to your email address.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, username, decks, statistics, achievements, in-game currency and friend connections. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via this page.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask to have it corrected, or ask to have it deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Auctioneer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
